For this first issue of the Free Market Buddhist newsletter, I thought it'd be helpful to begin with a bit of my background, to give a sense of where I'm coming from as I start to develop my case for Buddhist libertarianism. Then I'll give a brief overview of my argument that Buddhism isn't just compatible with political and economic freedom, but that political and economic freedom are the best way for Buddhists to see their values realized at the social level.
